How PitchGenius handles your call data.
PitchGenius does not train AI models on your calls today, and a setting in your account controls whether it ever may. It is not a call recorder. Your call transcripts go to its AI providers only to get your results back.

01Does PitchGenius record my calls?
PitchGenius is not a call recorder. The desktop overlay captures the rep’s microphone and the meeting audio as separate streams, and each turn sends short audio-derived facts and up to 60 lines of running transcript to the server.
02Who can see what happens on a call?
During the call, only the rep sees the suggestion, in an overlay on their own desktop. Afterwards a manager reads the same call as a coaching report, where the transcript expands on the rep’s row.
03Does PitchGenius train models on my calls?
No. PitchGenius does not train AI models on your data today. Settings, then Privacy, has a control for this, and it stays off unless you turn it on. If that ever changes, only data from people who turned it on will be used, and you can turn it off at any time, there or by emailing privacy@pitchgenius.ai.
04Who else processes my data?
The privacy policy names every company that receives personal data from PitchGenius and what each one receives. Your call transcripts go to OpenRouter and Google to get your results back, and how those two handle them is set by their API terms. PitchGenius does not take money for personal information.
05How long is call data kept, and how do I delete it?
Call transcripts and generated outputs are kept while your account or workspace stays open. To delete them, use Delete my account in Settings, then Privacy, or email privacy@pitchgenius.ai. Backups can still hold deleted data for a time, and the privacy policy says how long. The privacy policy lists the few records that stay, such as invoices at Stripe and the records of a pilot under a signed order.
06What about consent to record a call?
At signup, each rep confirms they are responsible for following two-party consent laws before they record any call.
07How do I report a security issue?
Email developer@pitchgenius.ai, the contact published in the site’s security.txt file. For privacy requests that Settings cannot do, write to privacy@pitchgenius.ai instead.
